Cancelations within 48 hours of your booking time will result in a 50% refund. We do NOT issue refunds for late cancellations (24 hours before your booking time or less). If you would like to reschedule a booked charter, please call us 48 hours ahead of time to secure a new slot. Wakesurf HQ reserves the right to cancel a charter due to inclement weather, staffing, or equipment issues. In the event of a cancellation on our end, your party will receive a 100% refund or the opportunity to reschedule your trip.
